Cape Paperu Resort & Spa with the Extra Divers at the heart of the Malukus

This place where the pepper plants grow and time is nearly at a standstill is the spot where the Swiss coupple Eliane and Kurt Gross have created an enchanted diving resort in the wild landscape of Saparua Bay. The diving sites dotted all around the Saparua, Molana, Nusa Laut and Haruku islands are interesting and varied and count among the best in the world, offering diving spots with lush coral gardens and steep slopes sheltering a multitude of the most colourful of fish. Divers and snorkelers as well as nature lovers will all get their money’s worth in these heavenly surroundings.

Location

The resort and spa opened in the autumn of 2007 and is located at the mouth of Saparua Bay, on a ridge above the Paperu cliff.

There is a small white sandy beach stretching along the waterfront on both sides. This is the only German language managed resort fulfilling all the requirements with regard to a western gastronomy, service quality and comforts in the Central Moluccas.
